What information is required to pay my bill?

To ensure your payment is accurately and quickly applied to your account, please have the following information ready:

  1. Your Customer ID: This is essential for locating your account and will always be a 6-digit number.
  2. Your Service Address: The physical address associated with the account.
  3. Your Payment Method: Details for the payment method you choose to use.

 

Payment Methods Accepted

  • Credit or Debit Card (Over the Phone): If paying by phone, please note that we can only accept credit or debit cards.
  • Check (By Mail): You may also send in a check. To ensure proper credit, please write your 6-digit Customer ID clearly in the Memo line of your check.
