- Your Service Address: The physical address associated with the account.
- Your Payment Method: Details for the payment method you choose to use.

- Credit or Debit Card (Over the Phone): If paying by phone, please note that we can only accept credit or debit cards.
- Check (By Mail): You may also send in a check. To ensure proper credit, please write your 6-digit Customer ID clearly in the Memo line of your check.
