ACH is a simple way to have payments withdrawn directly from your bank account:
- Setup: To enroll in ACH Autopay, you must provide a voided check that includes your bank’s routing number and your account number.
- Autopay Requirement: All ACH arrangements must be set up on autopay.
- Processing: ACH payments are processed at the end of the month following the quarterly billing cycle.
Credit or Debit Card Payments
Using a credit or debit card offers flexibility and can be set up immediately:
- Setup Options: You can enroll in card autopay using two convenient methods:
Online Portal: Log in to your secure customer portal on our website.
Phone Assistance: Give us a call, and one of our representatives will gladly help you get your credit or debit card put on autopay.
- Processing: Credit or debit card payments are processed 10 days after the billing statement is sent out.
