I've been a Walters customer for 4 years now, after ditching WM due to poor quality of service and lack of customer service. Walters has competitive pricing and very consistent pick-up times. Customer service is excellent, which probably has a lot to do with being a family owned, independent, local company. My City contracts our recycling through Walters, and I currently have garbage and yard waste services as well. It's also very convenient to drop off things furniture other bulky items at the facility, for a reasonable cost. As long as they continue providing quality services, and remain independent, they've got a customer for life.
