Walter's has been great to work with! They are responsive and we have been very happy with the service they provide.

I am placing this review because I couldn't reply back to an email I had going with customer service. I inquired about a missed pick up, they acknowledged it was missed and said they would be happy to pick up the next week with extra bags that we may end up collecting. I came home that evening to find they had come to my address specially to pick up my trash. This company really goes above and beyond!!!

I had a deflated swim tube in my trash can that I am guessing may have got stuck when trying to dump in the Walters truck because it was still there at the end of the day. I called the next morning and spoke to Laura and her customer service skills were second to none. She was super friendly and without hesitation, she offered to send a truck back out to my location to get it emptied. Walters is the BEST!!

They are very easy to work with and always responsive to my questions.

Every body was pleasant at your office and the techs who do the actual pick up are very efficient and flexible.

I was a few minutes late to getting my trash to the curb and realized the truck had already gone by. I emailed the customer service and asked if my trash could still get picked up and they said they’d have the truck swing back. Very helpful!
