We have used Walter’s Recycling & Refuse for years, and their consistently outstanding service made the decision to enter into another five-year agreement an easy one. Their team has always been dependable, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever we have needed assistance. Most recently, I called to request a new bin, and within two days it was delivered and taken care of. No repeated phone calls, no chasing anyone down, and no unnecessary complications. I made one call, and Walter’s handled the rest. That kind of service matters, especially when you are running a business. Waste and recycling service is something you should not have to continually think about or manage. Walter’s shows up, does what they say they are going to do, and responds quickly when something additional is needed. Their customer service team is helpful, friendly, and easy to work with, and their reliability has remained consistent throughout the many years we have been customers. Walter's is great! Their customer service staff are polite, friendly and super responsive. My experience with Walter's is the best I've ever had with a garbage company.

I switched to Walter's recently. I was with another carrier for 39 years, even after my original hauler got bought out. The most recent company kept raising my rates. I quit them after receiving my latest bill. They were increasing my rates by 34% over the previous bill! They also wanted to charge me to come and collect their bin. Finally, I told them this bin didn't even have their name on it. Only then did they drop the collection fee and they told me to keep it. I am still waiting on a check from them as I have a credit with them. I really don't expect to receive one. Walter's has been great in the 6 weeks we've had them. Our trash bin has always been the first to be collected in our immediate neighborhood. We got a 30-gallon bin and there was no start-up charge. Other companies I called only offered a 96-gallon bin and wanted to charge me for the bin. Their bins are always the last in our immediate neighborhood to be picked up. What a joke. Our new bill is 40% lower than the previous carrier's new offer. I have recommended Walter's to others in our neighborhood. I expect to see other Walter's bins as soon as my neighbors' get their next bills as they had already paid their current bills and had to remain with the other company through the 3-month cycle. This is a no-brainer Maple Grove. Time to switch.

I changed to Walter‘s and I have never looked back! From the wonderful service people who pick up my trash weekly to customer service, they are top-notch! Customer service representatives respond via email within 24 hours throughout the week and have fixed almost any issue I have without having to pick up the phone and call! They are comparable so far with price and when you add on top of them being hassle free, you can’t beat it!

Excellent service at a great price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing yard waste removal or trash hauling.

So far so good, switched from curbside waste, due to a promo a door knocker offered, they've done what they said, drop off done the day sales rep said, haven't seen 1st billing yet to check on that, but it was easy to switch from them and after 2wks trying to get my old company to pick up there's I was happy to make the switch to someone who actually does the service as sold
