How long until my payment is applied to my account?

The time it takes for your payment to be applied to your account depends on the method you use:

 

Online Payments (Portal or Website)
Timeline: When you make a payment through our online portal or website, your payment is processed and typically applied to your account on the next business day.

 

Phone Payments
Timeline: When you call in and make a payment with one of our Customer Experience representatives, the payment is processed immediately on the phone during that call.
