To make sure we don’t miss you, please have your carts at the curb by 6:30 a.m. on your pickup day. A helpful tip: most people find it easiest to just roll them out the night before!
Oh no! If your cart gets damaged from normal wear and tear, just give our office a call. We’ll be happy to arrange for a replacement at no charge.

It happens to the best of us! Please call our office as soon as you realize it. We’ll do our very best to swing back by the same day. If we can’t make it, we’ll arrange a pickup for the next time our truck is in your neighborhood.
Got a lot of boxes? No problem! Simply flatten them and tie them into a neat bundle (no bigger than 3x3x1 feet). Just place the bundle next to your recycling cart, and we’ll grab it for you. There’s never an extra charge for recycling more!
