Managing your notification settings for reminders is simple and can be done right within the app:

 

To Change or Modify Your Reminder
If you need to adjust the time or day you receive a notification:

  1. Open the app and tap on the “Need Help” section.
  2. Within this section, you will be able to change the time and day that you receive your reminder notifications.

 

To Cancel the Reminder
If you wish to stop receiving the reminder altogether:

  1. Go to the “Need Help” section of the app.
  2. Simply click off the notifications option to cancel the reminder.
