My container's lid or wheels are broken. What should I do?

Let’s get that fixed for you! Just give our Customer Service team a call at 763.780.8464, and we’ll schedule a time to swap out your container. There’s no extra charge for replacing containers due to normal wear and tear.

Because fuel costs can change unexpectedly, we utilize a fuel surcharge that will adjust with the market. This isn’t a hidden fee; it’s tied directly to the U.S. Department of Energy’s weekly diesel price index for the Midwest, so it accurately reflects current costs. At Walter’s we believe this is the most equitable way to manage this variable expense. We truly value your business and your loyalty over the years!
