Dependable Weekly Trash Collection for Your Home

We are committed to providing reliable, weekly trash collection services specifically for all single-family homes within our community. Our goal is to maintain a consistent and efficient service schedule for you. To ensure that our drivers never miss your address, please help us by placing your trash cart at the curb (or your designated alley spot) no later than 6:30 a.m. on the morning of your scheduled collection day. Adhering to this time ensures your waste is collected before our routes pass through your neighborhood.

Simple, Bi-Weekly Recycling Collection

To complement your trash service, your recycling is collected on your scheduled pickup day, but operates on an every-other-week schedule. We make recycling simple with our easy single-sort program, allowing you to place all your accepted recyclable materials—unbagged and loose—directly into your cart. Yard Waste Collection

Yard Waste is an optional seasonal service offered by Walters Recycling & Refuse to help keep your yard clean and tidy. Service runs from early April through the last week of November (weather permitting).

How to Prepare:

• Tie branches into manageable bundles no larger than 3 inches thick
• Bundles must be under 3 feet long and weigh less than 35 lbs.

• Customers with a yard waste cart may also set out up to 4 compostable yard waste bags per week at no additional charge.

Tips for a Smooth Pickup Day

To ensure you’re never missed, please have your carts out at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day.

Placement is Key: Place your carts just behind the curb, never in the street itself. A little space between them helps our automated trucks.
