NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THIS SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Non-hazardous Trash and /or Recycling Services
If you are thinking of canceling your service listed on the Residential Service Acknowledgement, you may do so by calling us at (763) 780-8464. For account security, cancellations must be made directly by the account holder and cannot be handled by a third party. Please keep in mind that all cancellations must comply with the agreed-upon terms and conditions, and any remaining contractual obligations must be fulfilled before cancellation is finalized. Our goal is to ensure you are receiving our Beyond the Curb Service at a fair price.
Upon cancellation, any payments you have made, any property traded in, and any agreements you signed will be returned or nullified within ten business days of Walters Recycling & Refuse receiving your cancellation notice. Additionally, any associated security interests will be canceled.
If you cancel, you must make available at your residence any goods delivered under this agreement in substantially the same condition as received. Alternatively, you may choose to follow Walters Recycling & Refuse's written instructions for returning the goods, with all shipping costs and risks covered by Walters Recycling & Refuse.
If Walters Recycling & Refuse does not retrieve the goods within 20 days of receiving your cancellation notice, you may retain or dispose of them with no further obligation.
To restate: Third-party cancellations are not accepted.
The signature required on the front side of this agreement confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined on the back side of this agreement.
