Authorization for One-Time Payment upon Sign-up: I authorize Walters Recycling & Refuse, Inc. to process a one-time payment for one month of waste removal service at enrollment. This authorization applies only to the initial payment unless I also opt into automatic payments. I may cancel by notifying Walters Recycling & Refuse, Inc. by midnight of the third business day after the sale. If canceled within the 3-day cancellation period, any payments or items exchanged will be returned within 10 business days, and any related financial agreements will be voided. Container Recovery Fee: If you choose to cancel the service before it begins, and the containers have been delivered, you are subject to a container recovery fee of $50.

Rate Guarantee: As a customer, you understand that your base rate will remain unchanged for a period of 24 months. You agree not to cancel the service during this period unless you move outside of the service area covered by Walters Recycling & Refuse.

3-Day Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel this agreement by phone at (763) 780-8464 within three business days from the date you acknowledge and sign this agreement. If you cancel within this 3-day period, no charges will be assessed.

Cancellation Fee: If you choose to cancel the service within the 2 year period, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee equivalent to any discounts received on services and account processing fees, not to exceed $200.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THIS SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Non-hazardous Trash and /or Recycling Services

If you are thinking of canceling your service listed on the Residential Service Acknowledgement, you may do so by calling us at (763) 780-8464. For account security, cancellations must be made directly by the account holder and cannot be handled by a third party. Please keep in mind that all cancellations must comply with the agreed-upon terms and conditions, and any remaining contractual obligations must be fulfilled before cancellation is finalized. Our goal is to ensure you are receiving our Beyond the Curb Service at a fair price.

Upon cancellation, any payments you have made, any property traded in, and any agreements you signed will be returned or nullified within ten business days of Walters Recycling & Refuse receiving your cancellation notice. Additionally, any associated security interests will be canceled.

If you cancel, you must make available at your residence any goods delivered under this agreement in substantially the same condition as received. Alternatively, you may choose to follow Walters Recycling & Refuse's written instructions for returning the goods, with all shipping costs and risks covered by Walters Recycling & Refuse.

If Walters Recycling & Refuse does not retrieve the goods within 20 days of receiving your cancellation notice, you may retain or dispose of them with no further obligation.

To restate: Third-party cancellations are not accepted.

The signature required on the front side of this agreement confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined on the back side of this agreement.
