Had a significant increase in my bill, and a not so great experience when I called. I spoke with Ben, he helped me get that lowered below the rate I've been at for the past year, locked me in for that rate for the next year, and helped me get set up for yard waste for the spring. I will continue to be a customer of Walter's and would recommend them to anyone needing trash or recycling services! Thanks Ben!!

Have been a Walters Residential service customer for nearly 20 years and couldn’t be more appreciative of all they provide. My company switched from Republic to Walter’s a couple years ago. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Walter’s provides better service at a much cheaper cost. Plus, they’ve been incredibly easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

UPDATE 12/27/24: WOW! Walters just called. They asked about my review below and asked how to keep me as a customer. I'm highly impressed with this and will be staying with their service which I have always been satisfied. Thank you for being committed to your customers and we are to you!My neighbors and I switched to Walters many years ago. They've always provided good service.However, in 2024, my bill has steadily increased by over 50%. I called and asked them about it but they had no explanation for the large increase.I hate to switch companies but this much of an increase is beyond reasonable.

We have been with Walter's for a long time! Over 15 years now. They are a great company to deal with and pick up our trash, recycle and yard waste.Earlier this year we signed up again for their yard waste and noticed there was a significant decrease in the number of yard waste bags they would pick up from 10 to four. We have three ash trees and get a TON of leaves not only from our trees, but from some of our neighbors as well.When I called to ask about the change in policy I was quickly offered an extra can at no additional charge. I was told we were still able to put out four bags. This helped us a lot!We had issues with their yard waste service last year as far as pick up not being done on our scheduled day. This happened several times. This year was absolutely perfect!No issues with any pick ups, which is how it normally is.Anytime I have called to talk with a staff member they have always been polite, courteous and helpful. They have a great crew from the drivers, the office staff and the employees at the public drop-off site.I would highly recommend this company for all of your trash, recycle and yard waste needs.

I live in maple grove I've been here 6 yrs I started with curbside and my bill kept going up so I went on a hunt for a new trash company Walter's was the cheapest we pay yearly it's like 372 our bill never gets raised there clean respectful and don't come late they come around 10 which works cause I have enough time to get home from am route and get garbage out definitely recommend them I'm in a group for our area and I can tell you the seniors love them to and it's cheaper for them

I am a recent customer with Walter's Recycling and Refuse. Their service is so dependable and timely. The timing of the pick up is excellent even right after a holiday. It is such a nice change to now have such an efficient service. The customer service is very responsive and so pleasant to work with on any issue.

Excellent service and very professional drivers who respect your property. The customer service people are extremely professional and you can really tell they're treated well and they actually "love" their jobs. When I called then to inquire about picking up additional "bulk" items, they were very helpful and picked up everything the next day.

I had trash that was stuck in my garbage container that wouldn't come out. The driver lowered the container and removed the trash which was stuck by hand. The container was completely empty after his efforts. Thanks Walter's Recycling and Refuse. I am on 104th Way in Blaine International Village.

A special shout out to our yard waste driver Brandon. We have 2 carts and today they were very full. Brandon took the time to get out of the truck and pick up the branches that fell off and clean up the area. It's these kinds of things that really show how much he cares for his customers. Brandon and our other drivers are always polite and give a friendly wave when they go by.We appreciate our drivers.
