A local organization, The mission of Alexandra House is to empower victims of domestic and sexual violence and inspire social change through education, support, and advocacy.

Events we participate in:

  • Back to school supply drive
  • Employee fundraising at company picnic where the company matches dollar-per-dollar
  • Walk for Hope to help bring awareness around domestic violence
  • #purplethursday; we wear purple to bring awareness around domestic violence.
  • Employees make personal donations of gift cards, clothing, and personal items.

Excellent service and very professional drivers who respect your property. The customer service people are extremely professional and you can really tell they're treated well and they actually "love" their jobs. When I called then to inquire about picking up additional "bulk" items, they were very helpful and picked up everything the next day.

I had trash that was stuck in my garbage container that wouldn't come out. The driver lowered the container and removed the trash which was stuck by hand. The container was completely empty after his efforts. Thanks Walter's Recycling and Refuse. I am on 104th Way in Blaine International Village.

A special shout out to our yard waste driver Brandon. We have 2 carts and today they were very full. Brandon took the time to get out of the truck and pick up the branches that fell off and clean up the area. It's these kinds of things that really show how much he cares for his customers. Brandon and our other drivers are always polite and give a friendly wave when they go by.We appreciate our drivers. Trash came early today and I missed getting my trash out due to the storm. Called the office to see if the driver could back and was told no. Trash was then picked up a hour after I called. Shout to the driver who came back and the office staff who made this happen.

There were some hiccups a couple of weeks in a row. After posting a poor, angry review, they called me. For the driver's safety they need a cart to toss bags into the truck and didn't have one last week. The answered all my concerns and offered free service to compensate. Now if only yard waste service was cheaper

the costs for seasonal yard waste has gone up from $129 in 2021, $144 in 2022 to $195 for this year. This is just too much of an increase for this service.
