I live in maple grove I've been here 6 yrs I started with curbside and my bill kept going up so I went on a hunt for a new trash company Walter's was the cheapest we pay yearly it's like 372 our bill never gets raised there clean respectful and don't come late they come around 10 which works cause I have enough time to get home from am route and get garbage out definitely recommend them I'm in a group for our area and I can tell you the seniors love them to and it's cheaper for them

I am a recent customer with Walter's Recycling and Refuse. Their service is so dependable and timely. The timing of the pick up is excellent even right after a holiday. It is such a nice change to now have such an efficient service. The customer service is very responsive and so pleasant to work with on any issue.

Excellent service and very professional drivers who respect your property. The customer service people are extremely professional and you can really tell they're treated well and they actually "love" their jobs. When I called then to inquire about picking up additional "bulk" items, they were very helpful and picked up everything the next day.

I had trash that was stuck in my garbage container that wouldn't come out. The driver lowered the container and removed the trash which was stuck by hand. The container was completely empty after his efforts. Thanks Walter's Recycling and Refuse. I am on 104th Way in Blaine International Village.

A special shout out to our yard waste driver Brandon. We have 2 carts and today they were very full. Brandon took the time to get out of the truck and pick up the branches that fell off and clean up the area. It's these kinds of things that really show how much he cares for his customers. Brandon and our other drivers are always polite and give a friendly wave when they go by.We appreciate our drivers. Great customer service. Easy to connect to a real person. My experience has been that they deal with questions or issues immediately, unlike other refuse providers

Trash came early today and I missed getting my trash out due to the storm. Called the office to see if the driver could back and was told no. Trash was then picked up a hour after I called. Shout to the driver who came back and the office staff who made this happen.

There were some hiccups a couple of weeks in a row. After posting a poor, angry review, they called me. For the driver's safety they need a cart to toss bags into the truck and didn't have one last week. The answered all my concerns and offered free service to compensate. Now if only yard waste service was cheaper
