Recycle Cart Distribution information / Time Line

Zone A – December 7th – December 11th 2015
Zone B – December 14th – December 18th 2015

Starting on Monday December 7th, the residents whose recycling falls on Zone A week will be getting their recycling carts exchanged out. On the day of your recycling, please leave your Advanced / Veolia cart out at the curb. Once it has been emptied it will be removed within that same day or day after. Walters Recycling will place a new 96 gallon recycling cart at the end of your driveway off to the side. You may start using the Walters Recycling cart immediately as Advanced will service our cart until the end of the year. Walters Recycling will start the city wide contract effective the 1st of January 2016.

Starting Monday December 14th, the residents whose recycling falls on Zone B week will be getting their recycling carts exchanged out. The same process as Zone A will carry over to Zone B. On your recycling day Walters will be placing a 96 gallon recycling cart at the end of your driveway off to the side. Advanced will be pulling your existing recycling cart on the same day as your recycling service.

What happens if we missed you? Chances are we haven’t completed the daily route and will continue the next business day, it’s important to keep your Advanced cart out at the curb so it’s easily identify by the cart deployment team. If for some reason you were missed all together, please call our office immediately (763) 780-8464 so we can make sure you’re accounted for!

If a 96 gallon cart doesn’t support your recycling needs you may call our office and request that it be exchanged out. Most often than not, if you have a smaller recycling cart you tend to fill it quicker and end up throwing your extra recycling into your trash container. A larger recycling cart promotes recycling awareness! With the continuing cost increases at waste disposal facilities we want our residents to be better recyclers! By doing so you minimize what you throw away which helps reduce your garbage costs.
